Course Policies

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

HeartLINK Health Services does not offer refunds once your registration is complete. If you are unable to attend the course, you must contact us 7 days prior to the start of the class. Our staff will move you to the next available course or issue a course credit. Course credits can only be applied to the same type of course, cannot be used by another person and must be used within 90 days of the missed course. Once a credit is applied, the student must attend that course – a credited course will not be refunded or credited a second time.

Textbook Policy:

The American Heart Association requires each student to have access to their own current Provider Manual prior to, during, and after all AHA courses. If you do not have access to a Provider Manual, you must purchase one and will have the option to do so during your registration process. If you order a Provider Manual from HeartLink it will be provided on the day of class. Arrangements can be made for you to pick it up early or pay for direct shipping if you prefer.
