With over 15 years experience in healthcare, Jenée has navigated every corner of the medical field. She began as began as a rural paramedic, and has since stepped into industrial medicine, workers’ compensation, pharmaceutical sales, and provider relations. Jenée founded HeartLINK Health Services in 2008 to continue her passion for teaching.
Jenée has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University and MBA in from Willamette University Atkinson School of Management. When not working with HeartLINK, she is a business developer for a global IT consultancy. Outside of work, Jenée enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, learning and being active.

Kristi has over 15 years experience working in the healthcare field. She has worked in administration, education, and business development in medical settings such as clinics, surgery centers, hospitals and wellness centers. She earned her Bachelors of Sociology from the University of Arizona and her Masters of Public Health Administration from Portland State University.
Kristi joined HeartLINK early on, finding it a wonderful match for her passion to empower people with life-saving knowledge. Kristi continues to work as a community wellness advocate to increase public awareness of CPR and improve access to AEDs. Kristi lives in Camas, Washington with her husband and two daughters. She is an avid runner and enjoys training for marathons with her Vizsla, Abby.

Kent is a well-known and respected speaker on critical care topics. He serves as an American Heart Association ACLS/PALS Regional Faculty Member. His strengths are a balanced blend of motivational and targeted instructional methodologies that create an informative and open learning environment. He works closely with organizations to assess the education needs and coordinating delivery for various organizations.
